Manufacturing Engineer

Payrate: $39.80 - $39.80/hr. Summary: This position is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates and entry-level engineers to gain hands-on experience in a factory setting. The role requires onsite work from Day 1. ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on shop floor support for assembly operations to maintain production flow and minimize downtime.Troubleshoot production, quality, tooling, and material issues to ensure efficient assembly line performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, work order creation, and basic fixture/tooling design.Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, and MP Planner to support daily manufacturing operations.Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity. QualificationsMinimal experience required.Engineering degree preferred; however, relevant manufacturing or production experience will also be considered.Position requires frequent standing and walking throughout the shift. Desired SkillsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Effective communication and teamwork skills. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.80 - $39.80/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
