Responsible for daily monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Develops and writes equipment and process standards.
- Troubleshoots process and equipment problems.
- Assists in the development of new products.
- Works closely with project management and cross-functional teams to support installations, new launches, and special/capital projects.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and drives continuous improvement throughout the plant.
- Contributes to the development of equipment PM’s (Preventive Maintenance).
- May use CAD for tooling, jig, and/or fixture design.
- Communicates with vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s of Engineering or 5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other computer-aided design tools.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
