Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer will support projects related to maintenance and facilities operations. This role will focus on improving systems and processes tied to spare parts inventory management, work order data tracking, and reporting. The engineer will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, cataloging spare parts information, and developing databases or systems to enhance efficiency and visibility across maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support projects related to maintenance and facilities
• Develop and maintain spare parts inventory programs
• Collect, track, and analyze work order and maintenance data
• Create and maintain databases for spare parts and equipment tracking
• Support reporting and data-driven decision-making initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational processes

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI and PowerApps development
• Background in manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment engineering
• Strong analytical and data management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or equipment engineering environments
• Exposure to Operational Excellence (OpEx), Shingo, or similar methodologies
• Experience building or managing data systems and process improvement initiatives
• Med Device experience – preferred

Qualifications

• BS - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
