Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on PLCs, VFDs, motors, control systems, and electrical distribution panels.
- Diagnose and service 480V three-phase electrical power systems, breakers, feeders, and machine control circuits.
- Troubleshoot electro-pneumatic and hydraulic systems integrated with automated production machinery.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Support new equipment installations, electrical retrofits, and facility infrastructure upgrades.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an industrial/manufacturing electrician in an automated production environment.
- Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting 480V power, motor controls, VFDs, and PLC systems.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and single-line diagrams.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a commitment to plant safety and operational uptime.
