What You Will Do
- Design and implement manufacturing solutions that support production efficiency in a premier HVAC manufacturing facility.
- Develop and maintain 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
- Optimize workstation layouts, material flow, and ergonomics.
- Troubleshoot tooling and process issues and support production.
- Sustain NPI through tooling and fixture design.
- Engage in Lean initiatives.
- Maintain tooling documentation and revisions.
How You Will Do It
- Create and develop manufacturing build aids (fixtures, jigs, assembly aids, weld tooling, carts, racks).
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Production, and Engineering to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.

- Troubleshoot tooling and process issues and support production.
- Participate in Lean initiatives.
- Maintain tooling documentation and revisions.
Required
- Average or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 3+ years manufacturing or tooling design experience.
- CAD experience (Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar).
- Strong understanding of fabrication, weldments, sheet metal.
- Experience designing fixtures, jigs, carts.
PREFERRED
- HVAC or modular manufacturing experience.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge.
- Hands-on fabrication experience.
- Ergonomics and safety design familiarity.
