The Manufacturing Data & Analytics Co‑Op is based in Libertyville, IL and reports to the Process & Automation Engineering Team, supporting manufacturing data analysis, OEE tracking, dashboard development, and SPC charting across molding and coiling operations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards for OEE, downtime, scrap, and cycle time
• Write SQL queries to extract production data
• Use Python for data analysis and automation scripts
• Create and maintain SPC charts (X‑bar, R, Cpk analysis)
• Support coiler data collection integration
• Assist with predictive maintenance analytics initiatives
• Attend team meetings to support project work as needed

Qualifications

• Junior/Senior student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Systems Engineering
