Manufacturing Controller / Scheduler

About the role

The Manufacturing Controller / Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and ensure adherence to production plans.
• Manage inventory levels to meet production demands and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
