Manufacturing Operations Scheduler

About the role

As a Manufacturing Operations Scheduler at Elanco, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient execution and coordination of various activities on the operations floor. You'll also serve as a key partner for supply chain planning and support the readiness of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent operations through planning, coordinating, and preparing tech and production activities
• Cover maintenance preventative and corrective work orders
• Support process teams through floor scheduling and documentation review
• Uphold a strong safety and quality culture
• Support manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coaching

Requirements

• 3 years experience within manufacturing

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or greater

Skills

• Proven technical writing capability
• 3+ years experience within GMP, animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing
• SAP workorder experience
• Quality event management – Deviation, Change, CAPA etc
• Cross-functional team work
• Strong coaching/mentorship skills
• Cradle to grave understanding of biologic manufacturing operations

The Elwood manufacturing facility operates 24/7/365. The role has standard business hours and may require occasional off-hour support.
