Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed manufacturing schedules in support of all program phases, from development through full-rate production.
- Integrate production schedules with material availability, work center capacity, labor planning, and engineering release plans.
- Track progress against baseline schedules and identify risks, deviations, and potential impacts to key program milestones.
- Cook up with functional teams to gather inputs, resolve conflicts, and improve schedule accuracy and predictability.
- Support manufacturing readiness activities, including build sequencing, lead-time management, and production change planning.
- Participate in risk and opportunity assessments related to schedule performance.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and internal schedule management requirements.
- Utilize tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or enterprise planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage data and generate deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar discipline required.
- 3+ years of experience in program scheduling, production scheduling, or manufacturing planning.
- Demonstrated proficiency with integrated master schedules (IMS) and critical path methodology.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate schedule impacts clearly to multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
