About the role
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tied to manufacturing and supply chain operations. Lead cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard vs. actual cost tracking, overhead allocations, and margin analysis. Provide insight into supply chain and production performance through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and reporting. Partner with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure financial insights guide sourcing, production, and inventory decisions. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness while driving process improvements that improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tied to manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Lead cost accounting activities, including inventory valuation, standard vs. actual cost tracking, overhead allocations, and margin analysis
- Provide insight into supply chain and production performance through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and reporting

Requirements
- 10+ years of finance or accounting experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment, with strong expertise in cost and inventory accounting
- Experience overseeing multi-site or multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and variance analysis
- Proven ability to manage audits, monthly/quarterly closes, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Skilled with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar), and proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership
Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential preferred
