Manufacturing Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Lead standard costing, product costing, and cost-setting processes
• Analyze cost variances (material, labor, overhead) and drive improvements
• Oversee inventory accounting, valuation, and optimization initiatives
• Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and margin analysis
• Partner with operations leadership to improve profitability and efficiency
• Evaluate capital investments including ROI analysis and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience
• Strong expertise in standard costing, inventory, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience required

Pay

$110K–$130K

Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite)
