Manufacturing Cell Supervisor

Role: Group Leader 1 overseeing a manufacturing cell focused on producing premium firearms and components. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities, assign work, and monitor throughput to meet quality and safety standards.Train and coach operators to ensure operational excellence and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance protocols.Drive 5S initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing cell.Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and communication skills to manage shop floor operations effectively.Ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment and process issues.Experience with safety, quality assurance, and compliance standards.Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
