Responsibilities

• Create neat bundles or bales and place them onto pallets using a lift-assisting device.
• Maintain accuracy in counting and labeling bales and pallets.
• Achieve proficiency in setting up the machine to the correct settings and assist in makereadies.
• Ensure work areas are clean and organized with materials and supplies.

Requirements

• Attention to detail.
• Basic math/measuring skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Teamwork skills.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Schedule

The shift is a 12-hour crew, rotating between 3pm - 3am and 12pm - 12am, with only half the days worked in a year.

Pay

The initial pay rate is $19/hour, with a potential raise to $19.75/hour after six months if eligible.
