Manufacturing Associate - GYCB

Job Duties

• Ensure the product is correct according to the shoot list.
• Pace themselves between two presses to maintain a consistent workflow using the pull, push, hang method.
• Communicate proactively with the cook, section coordinator, and management team regarding delays or changes to the shoot list.
• Perform regular color checks and color changes to maintain lean manufacturing and high-quality production.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 10-15 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours.
