Manufacturing Associate - Day Shift (Inspector)

About the role
As a Pultrusion Inspector, you will inspect finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line, prepare shipping labels, and pack products. Responsibilities include operating fabrication equipment, monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met, and preparing equipment/materials for production runs. Once trained, you will provide mentoring and training to new associates.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding attendance record
- Ability to think and learn on the job, with effective communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12-hour shifts
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing between 10 lbs to 50 lbs
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications
- Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) or willingness and ability to learn
- Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment
Schedule
Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:45 PM, working 7 out of 14 days every two weeks. Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend off. The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
Pay
Base pay: $20.00 - $21.55 per hour, depending on experience. Weekend premium: $4.00 per hour (Friday - Sunday).
