Manufacturing Associate - Day Shift
About the role
Join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND as a Day Shift Manufacturing Associate. In this hands-on role, you’ll remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step. These parts are critical components of the fiberglass frames that provide strength, durability, and energy efficiency to Marvin windows and doors. Whether you’re experienced or new to manufacturing, we provide training to help you succeed. The work is repetitive and fast-paced, requiring consistency and attention to detail. Our air-conditioned, state-of-the-art facility reflects our commitment to a safe and comfortable workplace.
Responsibilities
- Follow manufacturing orders closely and visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to verify part accuracy.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to maintain production flow.
- Support training for new team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications.
- General computer proficiency for production tracking and reporting.
- Ability to stand and work for a 12-hour shift.
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing between 10 lbs to 50 lbs.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
Schedule
12-hour Rotating Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:45 PM
- Week 1 (36 hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur
- Week 2 (48 hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat

Pay
Base Pay: $20.75/hour
Pay Potential (including $4.00/hr weekend premium & OT): $23.64/hour
