About the role

HOLT Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is available on a Day Shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols and participate in regular safety training
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure product consistency
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment
• Adhere to production schedules and meet quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office

Pay

$18.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Day shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
