Manufacturing Associate - Day Shift $17.50/hr

Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Machine Operator to contribute to their Operations team in Roseburg, OR. The position offers $17.50 per hour.

About the Role

The Operations team at Ingram ensures that distribution centers and warehouse facilities operate at maximum efficiency. Safety and process improvement are core values emphasized through training, education, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Operates all production equipment including B/W printers, binders, and cutters to achieve shift production volume and meet safety and quality standards.
• Executes timely re-supply of raw materials while operating production equipment.
• Notifies lead operator and/or specialist when equipment is not operating effectively.
• Must be detail-oriented; possess good verbal communication skills and a high customer satisfaction orientation.
• A mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Must be able to demonstrate dependable attendance.
• Computer skills are a plus.

Requirements

• 6 months continuous work experience required.
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 70lbs during the assigned shift.
• Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 70lbs force to push during the assigned shift.
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
• Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required, which could include time before or after the designated shift and/or weekends.
