Manufacturing Associate

About the role

The Manufacturing Associate position supports production operations by ensuring all manufacturing common areas and assigned spaces are maintained in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP requirements. Location: Greenville, NC, 100% onsite.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 8:00am‑5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standard operating procedures related to equipment, cleaning, and assigned areas
• Understand how to differentiate between “Clean” and “To Be Cleaned” equipment and areas
• Clean and maintain storage areas for cleaned equipment
• Identify, handle, and use approved cleaning agent
• Restock gowning rooms and manufacturing areas with required supplies (e.g. lint‑free cloths, alcohol bottles, room cards, PAPR supplies, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to occasionally lift 40 lbs unassisted, and occasionally push and pull a maximum of 50 lbs
• Majority of work day performed while standing and walking
• Requires use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, and have full range of motion in upper and lower extremities
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals, other active chemical ingredients, respiratory irritants, skin irritants, moving machinery parts, damp, humid, wet and cramped environments
• Position requires wearing a respirator; employment is contingent upon completing a medical evaluation with satisfactory results via an external vendor assigned by Catalent
