Manufacturing Associate
About the role
We are seeking candidates for the position of Manufacturing/Production Associates at our Bowling Green, Ohio facility. This role involves performing work associated with the manufacture of automotive sealing systems on our manufacturing floor. Positions may work on extrusion lines, injection molding, wafer or weno splicing, notching, bending, or various other operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform work associated with the manufacture of automotive sealing systems
- Work on extrusion lines in creating parts to customer specifications
- Participate in secondary operations to finish extruded lengths through injection molding, wafer or weno splicing, notching, bending, or other operations
- Work on a three-shift operation with straight 8-hour shifts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- Prior manufacturing experience is desired but not required
Qualifications
- Must be open to working any of the shifts available

Pay
- Starting wage from $18.00/hr. up to $20.50/hr.
- Wage increases to $20.00/hr. up to $23.50/hr. after one year of employment
- Shift differential for back shift work
Schedule
- Three shifts available
- Straight 8-hour shifts
