Manufacturing Associate 2nd Shift (!!shift diff!!)

Key Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment
• Perform simple machine set-ups
• Read and understand most blueprints
• Show working knowledge and understanding of most QC requirements and procedures
• Monitor scrap rates
• Inspect parts in accordance with procedure policy
• Understand different cutting tools and their usage
• Understand ISO concepts
• Understand production requirements
• Understand Lean principles
• Be available to work overtime if required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience
• Basic math skills
• Accountability to show up to work regularly and provide a positive attitude

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
• Accessing production areas when necessary

Work Environment

• Operates in both office and manufacturing floor environments
• Exposure to noise, machinery, temperature variation, and industrial conditions may occur when accessing plant areas
