Manufacturing Associate, 2nd shift

About the role

The Manufacturing Associate 2nd shift is based at ICP Group's Lynchburg VA (Carroll) plant. The primary responsibility is to fill canisters with product, working Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to all plant safety requirements including wearing proper PPE
• Must have good attendance
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs. and perform other necessary physical requirements in performance of regular job duties
• Ability to work in chemical manufacturing environment, involving solvents and other hazardous materials
• Must be able to work in a non-temperature regulated environment
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
• Must be able to follow specific instructions (work instructions, procedures, etc.), both written and verbal
• Able to communicate effectively
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus

• Must be able to work at a fast pace and meet the daily schedule
