Responsibilities
- Operate various pieces of equipment in the factory to assemble products.
- Work on assembly lines and handle parts to transfer, operate, or adjust the production equipment.
- Adhere to safety rules, regulations, and equipment requirements.
- Perform tasks such as prolonged standing, frequent walking, reaching at waist level, pushing/pulling, repetitive grasping/squeezing/pinching using both hands simultaneously.
- Have fine motor dexterity, neck flexion, and be able to use air tools.
- Reach overhead, reach at shoulder level, reach at knee and floor level, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, crawl, climb ladders/stairs, pivot, twist, neck extend/rotate, and use vibratory tools.
- Handle and lift parts and/or equipment (minimum of 25 lbs. lifting/carrying and 25 lbs. pushing/pulling).
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least one full year of work experience.
- At least 18 years of age (17 if a work-based learning high school student).
- Pass a background check, drug screening, and medical/physical screening.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
