About the Role
Senior Manufacturing Assembler supporting the Repair and Overhaul team with strong soldering and assembly skills.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components into final products following blueprints, drawings, and process instructions.
- Utilize tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools for assembly and testing.
- Interpret technical drawings, parts lists, and operation sheets.
- Set up and operate machines, test equipment, and perform rework based on test results.
- Implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and record measurements for compliance.
- Inspect and verify product quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance during assembly processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, with strong soldering and electronic assembly background.
- US citizenship required.
- IPC Certification or equivalent experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and documentation.
- Experience with hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and quality standards.
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members is a plus.
