Manufacturing and Repair Development Engineer
About the role
This role involves improving service technology with the incorporation of customer data or monitoring reliability, availability, maintenance, security, and other performance parameters of engines/products.
Responsibilities
- Develops repair and inspection technologies, process qualification, industrialization.
- Provides related software support for repair equipment for new and updated processes.
- Deepens technical discipline knowledge.
- Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to implement guidelines and strategies.
- Fundamentally understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to perform one's own work.

Requirements
Advanced experience is required for this role. The knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or an equivalent with relevant experience).

Pay
The pay range for this position is between $89,300.00 and $148,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
