Manufacturing Analyst Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Submission and follow-up on rapid request orders (RRO’s) for industrial supplies
• Generate reports to identify aging tool replacements needed
• Lead aging tool removal processes
• Monitor aging checkouts of tools by mechanics and send out appropriate notifications
• Cook up new tool deliveries including new consumable delivery system for new areas
• Manage fly away and non fly away consumable inventory levels
• Communicate with production teams regarding newly designated areas for assets

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years experience or a High school diploma / Equivalent with 6 years experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Ability to work on-site in Huntsville Alabama
• Experience with manufacturing planning
• Familiar with tooling and calibration or other similar experience
• Familiar with manufacturing process
• Experience with SAP/ERP or other related inventory management system
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and Microsoft Office skills
• AS9100 audit preparation
• Root Cause analysis
• Tool Crib and tool calibration experience
• Experience with aluminum structures assembly
• Defense industry experience
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external suppliers and vendors
• Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
