About the role
Responsible for funding manufactured housing loans, providing financial solutions to homeowners and builders.
Responsibilities
- Review loan applications and assess risk
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors
- Ensure compliance with lending regulations
- Prepare and present loan proposals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage lending
- Knowledge of manufactured housing industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
