About the role

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for several technical and production roles to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead coating operations for PCBAs, supervising a team of 4–6 employees while ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications (Experienced Coating Lead)
• Perform precision soldering, component replacement, and PCBA repair using SMT and THT methods (Soldering Repair Technician)
• Support equipment repair, PCB troubleshooting, SMT/THT assembly, soldering, and inspections (Maintenance Mechanic – PCB & Battery Systems)
• Train staff, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and support daily production goals (Experienced Coating Lead)

Requirements

• PCBA experience and strong knowledge of coating, masking, and curing processes (Experienced Coating Lead)
• Strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and experience working with electronic assemblies (Soldering Repair Technician)
• Mechanical aptitude, PCB assembly experience, and the ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions (Maintenance Mechanic – PCB & Battery Systems)
• Strong attendance, a solid work ethic, and excellent attention to detail (all positions)

Pay

Maintenance Mechanic – PCB & Battery Systems: $18–$19/hr

Schedule

• Experienced Coating Lead: 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
• Soldering Repair Technician: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)
• Maintenance Mechanic – PCB & Battery Systems: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
