Manual QA Tester

Location: Greenwood Village, CO (5 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ months contract-to-hire (W2 only)
Pay rate: $50–55/hr on W2
Eligibility: US citizens and green-card holders only

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to oversee testing strategy, execution, and quality-assurance activities across multiple initiatives and systems. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and business knowledge to ensure high-quality software delivery within Agile and SDLC environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive test planning, automation, defect management, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Testing, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in test-strategy development, test execution, defect management, and quality reporting.
• Experience supporting multiple applications, platforms, and development environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
