About the role

A.B.I. Resources is seeking a Program Care Supervisor to join our team in Eastern CT. We are recognized for our high standards of care, consistent scheduling, work-life balance, reporting skills, and strong supportive management.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
• Ensure consistent safety for clients.
• Provide a healthy and professional friendship for clients.
• Help clients maintain personal hygiene and dressing routines.
• Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Assist clients with shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
• Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities for clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with disabilities (preferred).
• Driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Proof of insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Submit a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.

• Experience in home health care or related field is preferred but not required.
