Responsibilities

  • Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
  • Ensure consistent safety measures are taken.
  • Provide a healthy and professional friendship environment.
  • Manage personal hygiene and dressing routines.
  • Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
  • Help clients with shopping, cooking, and cleaning tasks.
  • Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience preferred, but not required.
  • Driver's license required and reliable transportation.
  • Proof of insurance.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Submit a letter from a person and/or employer verifying relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
  • Experience in caregiving or related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
