About the role

A.B.I. Resources is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Supervisor to lead our team in Western Connecticut. We are recognized for our high standards of care, consistent scheduling, work-life balance, reporting skills, and strong supportive management.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
• Ensure consistent safety and provide a healthy and professional friendship.
• Manage personal hygiene and dressing routines.
• Schedule, attend, and report on medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.
• Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with disabilities (preferred).
• Driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Proof of insurance.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Submit a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in home health care or related field is beneficial but not required.
• Passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
