About the role
Responsible for analyzing manpower needs across various departments within the organization. Develops and implements strategies to optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current staffing levels and forecast future needs based on business growth projections.
- Develop and maintain accurate personnel records and reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.
- Implement workforce management systems to streamline hiring processes and reduce turnover rates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Proven track record in managing large teams and leading projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
