About the role

Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) consultant positions are available in Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Las Vegas, Nevada; Joliet, Illinois; and Seattle, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs.
• Perform MAWM configuration for bug fixes, performance tuning, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Handle updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Develop automated solutions and optimize workflows (picking, packing, etc.).
• Identify and implement enhancements to improve system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, infrastructure, ERP (e.g., SAP), and warehouse operations teams.
• Act as a liaison with Manhattan CSO organization on issue resolution, platform capabilities, and enhancements.
• Adhere to IT Change Management and Governance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a WMS Support team.
• Warehouse operations domain experience is required.
• Open to travel at least 20%, including unrestricted travel to Mexico and Canada.
• 10+ years of experience with best-in-breed WMS solutions.
• Mandatory experience with Manhattan WMS and Labor Management (LM).
• Multiple full lifecycle MAWM implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of complete WMS process flows.
• Experience in WMS Cloud implementations.
• Ability to develop complex WMS rules and workflows.
• Excellent technical skills with the ability to handle technical assignments independently.
• Capability to design WMS and/or legacy system integrations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
