About the role

Our client is seeking a Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) Support consultant to provide advanced technical support and system management across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced (L2/L3) technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs.
• Perform MAWM configuration for bug fixes, performance tuning, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Handle updates, patches, and upgrades while adhering to IT Change Management and Governance processes.
• Develop automated solutions and optimize workflows (e.g., picking, packing) to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, ERP (e.g., SAP), and warehouse operations teams.
• Act as a liaison with Manhattan CSO organization for issue resolution, platform capabilities, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with best-in-breed WMS solutions.
• Mandatory experience with Manhattan WMS and Labor Management (LM).
• Multiple full lifecycle MAWM implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of complete WMS process flows, including complex WMS rules and workflows.
• Experience with WMS Cloud implementations.
• Ability to design WMS and/or legacy system integrations.
• Excellent technical skills to independently handle technical assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a WMS support team.
• Warehouse operations domain experience is required.
• Willingness to travel at least 20%, including unrestricted travel to Mexico and Canada.
