About the Role
This role supports the client's warehouse operations during active WMS go-lives, serving as the critical bridge between floor-level warehouse staff and operational leadership across multiple high-volume project sites.
- Support warehouse go-live events on-site, with heaviest presence during the first two weeks of each deployment and tapering through weeks three and four.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between hourly floor staff, including forklift operators, and director-level leadership during live system environments.
- Identify when warehouse processes or system behavior are not performing correctly and determine appropriate next steps.
- Escalate confirmed system issues to the client's IT team with clear, accurate documentation and handoff notes.
- Suggest operational solutions based on prior Manhattan Active WMS experience without requiring configuration or development access.
- Communicate system status, issues, and escalation needs clearly to both warehouse floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Travel to project sites in Southern California (August 24 - mid-September), DFW area Texas (September 28 - mid-October), and Columbus, Ohio (mid-November - mid-December).
