Role : Manhattan Active Consultant Domain : Information technology (IT) Job Type: Full Time Location : USA - Atlanta Experience: 7-14 Years Job Summary: As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into effective WMS solutions, and collaborate with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery. This is an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and provide effort estimations Participate in the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Manhattan Active WMSPerform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues within the package solutionDesign and execute test cases and support UAT activitiesDocument as-is and to-be process flows across multiple systemsCollaborate with internal teams, offshore teams, and external vendorsCommunicate project timelines, risks, and status updates effectivelyMaintain high-quality documentation, reports, and testing artifactsSuggest process improvements based on system and business analysis Must have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field7 to 15 years of experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)Strong techno-functional knowledge of Manhattan Active WMSStrong experience with API testing tools such as PostmanSolid understanding of product and warehouse process flowsExperience writing SQL queries using Oracle, MySQL, or similar relational databasesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions
