About the role
Join our team of highly-trained clinicians as a Managing Technician (MT) to help children with autism find success in school and life through contemporary ABA therapy. MTs provide day-to-day clinical direction to clients under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, deliver protocol modification using best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, and support the professional development of other technicians.
Responsibilities
- Work and lead alongside a local team of highly-trained clinicians
- Part of LEARN Behavioral—a collective group of ABA providers delivering collaborative care to communities from coast-to-coast
- Lead and provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients
- Affirmatively engage in staff leadership or supervision and training
- Communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members, and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, and clinical and employment information
- Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
- Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
- Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
- Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2,000 ABA hours, or a master’s degree and 400 ABA hours
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the field of ABA
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, and clinical and employment information
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members, and team members, both verbally and in writing
- Experience in staff leadership or supervision and training (desired)

Pay
$40-$50/hour, commensurate with experience
Schedule
Reasonable direct hours target of 25 hours per week. A 'direct hour' includes protocol modification, treatment by protocol and team meetings.
