What You’ll Bring
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and auditing
Professional Engineer (PE) registration
Proven ability to manage multiple projects within scope, budget, and schedule
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and building collaborative teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills for client engagement
Ability to travel up to 20% regionally and occasionally nationally - Preferred: Certifications such as HAZWOPER, CHMM, or similar
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and oversight on hazardous waste, hazardous materials, and compliance projects
- Manage project execution, including budgeting, QA/QC, and regulatory assessments
- Lead development of compliance plans, permits, and reports (air, EPCRA, SPCC, stormwater, NPDES, wastewater)
- Conduct environmental audits and implement corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with ERM subject matter experts to deliver integrated solutions
- Build strong client relationships and maintain scope, budget, and schedule expectations
- Support ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers in delivering high-quality outcomes
