About the Role

As a Product Owner at Capgemini, you will balance business strategy, user needs, and development. Operating often in a proxy role for the client, you will communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap, create and refine a backlog, and help the team prioritize work that delivers the most value. You will continuously explore, innovate, and experiment to bring new ideas to the product while motivating the team to release, inspect, and adapt a constant flow of features. This ensures the product remains usable, valuable, and feasible.

In this role, you will provide product ownership for a complex product through its full lifecycle, shape and define the end product portfolio, and guide its direction. You will identify opportunities to grow the value Capgemini brings to the client and be responsible for delivering product ownership services.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay at the time of posting, subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
