Key Responsibilities
- Lead account planning, pipeline development, and revenue growth initiatives across the IQVIA portfolio.
- Partner with solution sales and subject matter experts to design, position, and pitch tailored solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies, expanding IQVIA’s footprint through new and existing offerings.
- Maintain visibility into delivery progress and key milestones to ensure overall account objectives are being met.
- Facilitate communication between delivery and client stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Serve as a strategic liaison, ensuring delivery outcomes align with client expectations and IQVIA’s broader partnership goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in strategic account management, sales, or consulting within the life sciences or healthcare consulting industry.
- Understanding of the functions and goals of a broad set of commercial and medical roles within the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record in sales and driving sustained revenue growth at large global pharmaceutical accounts.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Suite level stakeholders, demonstrating strong presence, credibility, and clear, strategic communication.
- Proven success in managing large, complex accounts in a matrixed global organization.
- Experience driving both commercial growth and delivery excellence.
- Strong executive presence, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage through influence.
- Deep understanding of pharma market dynamics, commercialization, and technology-enabled solutions.
Travel Requirements
25% - 50% travel requirements.
Pay
The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $125,300.00 - $349,000.00.
