About the role

As the Managing Partner, you'll lead the team and run a high volume restaurant. You'll be responsible for delivering superior results in all aspects of the business, including sales growth, outstanding service, profitability, food quality, safety and sanitation, training and development, and facilities management. You'll ensure every team member and guest feels special while managing a busy, fast-paced, safe, and successful working environment.
