Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies
• Directing work of management team
• Assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
• Conducting weekly management directionals
• Conducting performance evaluations
• Coaching and disciplining management team
• Hiring management and hourly employees
• Overseeing food, labor, and liquor costs
• Ensuring compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Controlling food costs, waste, and labor costs
• Maintaining inventory and budgets
• Maintaining audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards
• Ensuring restaurant cleanliness
• Enforcing security measures
• Overseeing incentive programs
• Developing key employees and managers
• Training in employment policies and practices
• Managing safe food handling procedures
• Liaising with store vendors and support center contacts
• Maintaining restaurant culture and core values
• Handling stress and managing high-volume environments

Requirements

• 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
