Responsibilities

  • Enforce compliance with all employment policies
  • Direct work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
  • Manage performance of management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees
  • Provide ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and liquor costs
  • Provide ultimate oversight over compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
  • Manage food costs, track waste, and control labor costs
  • Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
  • Verify audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards are being maintained
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to ensure the safety of employees and guests
  • Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
  • Oversee development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
  • Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Act as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to ensure the safety of employees and guests
  • Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
  • Oversee development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
  • Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Act as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
  • Maintain culture of the restaurant and live our core values every day; passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose

Qualifications

  • 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment

Pay
