Responsibilities
- Enforce compliance with all employment policies
- Direct work of management team, including setting weekly management schedules, and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
- Manage performance of management team, including conducting weekly management directionals, performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Review applications, interview, and hire management and hourly employees
- Provide ultimate oversight over all food, labor, and liquor costs
- Provide ultimate oversight over compliance with applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Manage food costs, track waste, and control labor costs
- Plan, prepare, and oversee weekly, monthly, and yearly inventories and budgets
- Verify audit, ESF, daily Taste & Temp, and training standards are being maintained
- Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
- Oversee development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
- Act as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts
- Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Enforce appropriate security measures at the restaurant to ensure the safety of employees and guests
- Oversee incentive programs for management and hourly staff members
- Oversee development of key employees and managers including training in employment policies and practices
- Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
- Act as primary liaison with all store vendors and support center contacts

Qualifications
- 2+ years or more as a GM, MP, or Multi-Unit manager in a full-service concept
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
