About the Role

Manifest Law is one of the first AI-native corporate immigration firms in the country, offering attorneys the scale of a larger firm with the quality client service of a boutique. We handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters with technology that removes busywork, allowing attorneys to focus on strategy, judgment, and client relationships. This role involves leading a pod, owning its output, and setting the quality bar for extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A).

Responsibilities

  • Lead a pod, owning everything it produces and everyone in it, across EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A matters.
  • Provide second-chair, senior-level review on cases before filing, setting the quality bar for your pod.
  • Develop and coach consulting and production attorneys, setting standards and growing their skills.
  • Own pod-level quality and output, ensuring both volume and high standards are met.
  • Retain and motivate talent, fostering growth and high performance within your pod.
  • Set the pace and model Manifest’s values, integrating tech, speed, and innovation into daily work.
  • Partner with firm leadership to grow the Manifest brand, align your pod with firm culture, and collaborate on talent referrals.

Requirements

  • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission.
  • 10+ years of experience with deep expertise in extraordinary-ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1A) and broader business immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM).
  • Track record of leading and growing attorneys, with a focus on team outcomes rather than individual caseloads.
  • Strong judgment on case strategy and quality, with the ability to review work and guide improvements.
  • Comfort in a high-cadence, high-growth environment, accountable for pod throughput and quality.
  • Embrace Manifest’s AI tools as a performance multiplier and encourage your pod to do the same.

Why Join Manifest

  • Higher-agency work: Administrative tasks (intake, document collection, status tracking) are handled by Manifest OS, freeing you to focus on strategy, drafting, and client relationships.
  • No billable hour: Flat-fee pricing means no timekeeping or billable targets; work is judged on outcomes and client experience.
  • Remote by design: The entire legal team works remotely, with no plans to change.
  • Real upside: Competitive pay from day one, with incentives tied to client outcomes and firm performance.
  • Ground floor opportunity: Join an ambitious firm building lasting infrastructure and shape its future as it grows.
  • Your experience shapes the practice: Attorney feedback directly informs the firm’s technology and processes.
