About the Role

The Head of Technology Product Management will build, scale, and lead a new, specialized product management organization. Reporting directly to the CTO, this executive will establish product management discipline across the firm's core business units and enterprise-wide practice management platforms: Tax, Advisory, Assurance, and Enterprise Platforms. The successful candidate will assess team resources, determine staffing needs, and lead dedicated Product Managers for each line of business. This leader ensures technology investments, architectures, and AI integrations directly accelerate business growth, streamline compliance, and deliver maximum ROI.

As a hands-on leader and change agent, you will set a high bar for program delivery, lead by example on challenging initiatives, and demonstrate solution-oriented problem solving under pressure. You will influence and collaborate at all levels—from guiding project teams to steering executive discussions on strategy and priorities. This role requires translating complex technical details into business insights, managing stakeholder expectations, and rallying cross-functional teams around common goals. The leader will promote an inclusive, trusting team environment, celebrate successes, provide constructive feedback, and ensure accountability for results.
