Managing Director, Project & Development Services

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate and execute regional strategy at the sub-region level
• Ensure operational alignment and consistent delivery across all markets
• Lead business development efforts and drive revenue growth
• Support major pursuits as a senior advisor to various teams
• Implement standardized delivery practices and risk protocols
• Serve as escalation point for multi-market project challenges
• Mentor and develop Market Leaders and key talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in leadership positions
• Experience managing multi-market operations
• Strong financial acumen with business development expertise

Pay

$225,250 – $265,000 annually
