Managing Director, Project & Development Services

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: San Jose, CA. US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate and execute regional strategy at the sub-region level
• Ensure operational alignment and consistent delivery across all markets
• Conduct regular reviews with Market Leaders to evaluate performance, client satisfaction, and business needs
• Lead business development efforts across multiple markets, driving pipeline development and revenue growth
• Support major pursuits as senior advisor, partnering with Marketing and PDS leadership
• Implement standardized delivery practices and risk protocols across the sub-region
• Manage sub-regional forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing multi-market operations and client-facing delivery teams
• Strong financial acumen and proven track record in business development

Pay

$225,250 – $265,000 annually
