Managing Director, Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Grow the existing client business and implement an acquisition strategy for UHNW target names.
• Drive revenue and be accountable for their entire team’s revenue goals.
• Work closely with the Global Market Manager (GMM) to lead team activities.
• Coach and guide team members, helping them develop and share sales ideas across the team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience
• Extensive and proven experience in Private Banking, covering the UHNW market
• Extensive experience in working with and/or leading client teams and transactions
• Demonstrated track record in relationship selling

Education

• Bachelor's/University degree
• Master's degree preferred
