We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About EAB" then "The Role In Brief". We need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content: About EAB (mission, description). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About EAB" is about company, not role. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. We have "The Role In Brief" which describes role. Could be "About the role". Then "Primary Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. Then "Basic Qualifications" and "Ideal Qualifications" -> Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide. We have "Compensation" -> Pay. We have "Benefits" -> Benefits. No schedule info, so omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details from About EAB, role brief, responsibilities, qualifications (basic and ideal), compensation, benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Managing Director, Partner Development Manager. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Basic and Ideal?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe split into Basic and Ideal?), Benefits, Pay. But instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Basic and Ideal into Qualifications. We need to include list for responsibilities, qualifications, benefits. Let's extract content. About EAB paragraph: "At EAB , our mission is to make education smarter and our communities stronger. We work with more than 2,800 institutions to drive transformative change through data-driven insights and best-in-class capabilities. From kindergarten to college to career, EAB partners with leaders and practitioners to accelerate progress and drive results across enrollment, student success, institutional strategy, data analytics, and advancement. We work with each partner differently, tailoring our portfolio of research, technology, and marketing and enrollment solutions to meet the unique needs of every leadership team, as well as the students and employees they serve. At EAB, we serve not only our partner institutions but each other—that's why we are always working to make sure our employees love their jobs and are invested in their communities. See how we've been recognized for this dedication to our employees by checking out our recent awards . For more information, visit our Careers page." We can keep that as prose under About the role? Actually About the role should describe the role, not company. But we have no separate company section heading allowed; we could put this under About the role? Might be okay. Or we could create a section "About EAB" but not allowed headings list. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should stick to those. So we can put company info under About the role? Might be misaligned but okay. Alternatively we could omit About EAB? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Could put it in a

before any heading? The instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /. It didn't say we must start with a heading. So we could have a

with About EAB, then headings for sections. Thus:

    About EAB ...

    then

    About the role

    with role brief. Then

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each responsibility. Then

      Qualifications

with maybe two sublists? Could combine basic and ideal into one list? But we need to preserve distinction. Could have two
under Qualifications: one for Basic Qualifications, one for Ideal Qualifications. Or we could have headings inside? Not allowed. Better to have two lists with preceding

indicating Basic and Ideal. But we must use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have multiple lists. Then

          Benefits

          with list. Then

          Pay

with prose. No Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship note? That is substantive? It says "This opening is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time; EAB will thus consider candidates who possess U.S. work authorization that does not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future." That's substantive info about eligibility. Should we include? It's not in the allowed headings but we could put it in a

under Pay or Benefits? Probably better to include as a note under Pay or a separate section? Since not listed, we could add a

after Pay. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that. We could add a

under Pay or after Benefits. Also the EEO statement at end is boilerplate; we should remove. Also the encouragement to apply paragraph: "If you’ve reached this section..." that's encouraging to apply; could be considered boilerplate? It's not a standard boilerplate but it's generic encouragement. Might be considered filler? It's not specific to role. Probably we should remove as it's application encouragement. The instruction says remove application instructions. That paragraph is encouraging to apply, maybe considered application instruction. Safer to remove. Also the line about "This role is also posted as Senior Director..." is substantive about level. Keep. Also location: "This position is ideally located in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA." That's location info; could be under About the role or Responsibilities? Could be a

under About the role. We must not include duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Let's write:

At EAB , our mission is to make education smarter and our communities stronger. We work with more than 2,800 institutions to drive transformative change through data-driven insights and best-in-class capabilities.
